Data portals and partner platforms

Pennsieve enables users to publish their datasets in accordance with all FAIR principles of data sharing. Users can publish multiple versions of a dataset and each version will be assigned a DOI that can be cited in publications. All public datasets published through the Pennsieve platform can be found on Pennsieve Discover.

Several programs that leverage Pennsieve for scientific data management and publication have their own Data Portals. These portals provide more domain specific visualization of datasets and functionality. Pennsieve provides the back-end for these portals.
