Dataset Overview
This detailed anatomical representation of a rat is based on segmented image data (that include an extensive tracing of the peripheral nervous system. It has a resolution of 80 𝝻m and comprises 188 distinguished tissues/regions which can be viewed. In addition, the Waxholm brain atlas v3 (https://www.nitrc.org/projects/whs-sd-atlas) containing 118 structures has been non-rigidly co-registered and inserted in the NEUROFAUNA full body rat model.
