Dataset Overview

RBC camouflaging strategy was used to improve circulation lifetime of optode-based sensors in vivo. fRBC sensors were introduced in mice and the optical response of the circulating fRBC sensors were measured using a new application for Diffuse in vivo Flow Cytometry - a technique used to detect rare circulating cells in the bloodstream.
