Dataset Overview

Study Purpose: The goal of this work is to map vagus nerve data to a subject-specific vagus scaffold map.

Data Collection: The data mapped in this dataset was derived from the original dataset (DOI 10.26275/yavj-3xoq).

Primary Conclusion: None stated

Curator's Notes

Experimental Design: Not applicable.

Completeness: Not complete. Potentially will link to other datasets where the data is used for mapping onto the scaffold.

Subjects & Samples: The data mapped in this dataset was derived from the original datasets (DOI 10.26275/yavj-3xoq, DOI 10.26275/ugoe-ccnw).

Primary vs derivative data: The primary folder contains the mapping tool provenance data file needed to produce the scaffold map. The mapping tool will be accessible from the release download page on the SPARC Portal. The primary folder also contains the MAP-Client workflows and settings files to reproduce the files. The derivative folder contains files used for workflows, also JSON files that are used to generate a visualization of the scaffold map on the web portal.
