Dataset Overview

Mass cytometry (CyTOF) data obtained by Immune Health, Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Whole blood was profiled with the 30-channel MAXPAR Direct Immunophenotyping Assay (MDIPA). This dataset contains 8 protein channels and the technical channel Event_length, which were used for immunophenotyping by manual gating and automated methods in the UNITO manuscript.

In addition to the original data channels, the files contain six columns describing the outcome of manual gating, which was performed in the OMIQ platform and then exported. Five columns contain the labels determined by each of five independent annotators. The sixth contains the consensus label, which was determined by majority vote among the five annotator labels.
