Dataset Overview

This is the space to find all data related to the Ratiometric Diffuse in vivo Flow Cytometer (R-DiFC) experiments in mice and/or in phantoms using fluorescent Red Blood Cell (fRBC) sodium sensors or fluorescent microspheres. We also include here the Jacobian matrices computed using Monte Carlo Simulations of photon propagation in 3D turbid media using Monte Carlo eXtreme (MCX).
